Sometimes views along the way are worth appreciating.
In my latest book, I reflect on how my faith has changed over two decades. I recount stories of conversion, heartbreak, self-doubt, discovery, and rediscovery.
During my zig-zagging path, I've gone from seeking answers, to having answers, to seeking again.
I've found that having a Ph.D. is no cure for imposter syndrome, and that doubt is often more helpful than certainty.
I'm still learning to critically evaluate the faith that I was taught both by the church and the academy.
Most of all, I'm finding that the God revealed in Jesus is a lot bigger and better than I ever expected.
